Aged in the Hills is a group that has been performing a mix of country, Cajun, blues, vintage rock ‘n roll, bluegrass and Irish music for over 30 years in the Northeast. We have played in front of thousands of people at large concerts such as Price Chopper’s 4th of July Celebration at the Empire State Plaza in Albany and WGNA’s CountryFest. The band has also performed at numerous fairs and municipal concerts from Essex County in the north to Ulster County in the South, as well as VT, MA and CT. The group is an annual favorite at Saratoga Springs’ First Night.
For it’s Best of the Capital Region 2007 issue, the Times Union picked Aged in the Hills to be one of 12 acts to write and perform an original song celebrating the Capital District. The video was filmed at the WMHT studios, and was then featured on WMHT and the Times Union website (with the band’s music chosen to play over the closing credits).
